At R & M Construction and Development, our seven step
plan enables us to save you time and money. Drawing our own
plans helps because as you design your new home your builder
is sitting beside you and together you can discuss price,
what you want and the things that are important to you. You
also can look at alternative layouts that you may not even
have thought of. From there your home’s construction
begins. We pride ourselves on being there for the customer;
any questions or concerns you have, we are only a call away.
Then once your home is finished and you are enjoying your
new life we will be there for that first year answering any
questions or fixing anything that may arise.
Garages
and Barns
As we go through life we acquire many “toys” and
need a place to keep them safe from the elements. We love
to design a barn or garage to be functional and still complement
your home and lifestyle. We have done carports for parking
to workshops with apartments on the second floor. Your imagination
is the limit.
Outdoor
Living Spaces
As we expand our living space, it is nice to venture into
the outdoors, the greenery, the sunshine, or sitting at night
next to a fire under the stars. These are places a family
comes together to enjoy their life together. We can create
spaces to complement your existing home and add a new touch
of class. From raised flower beds and pavers around your pool
to a fabulous brick fireplace and grill to help you enjoy
those starry nights with friends and family. You will be amazed
how you can enjoy your backyard.
Remodeling/Additions
You may love the house you already have, yet there could be
that gourmet kitchen you always wanted or that extra bathroom
that would make mornings so much easier. Remodeling or adding
additional rooms is easy, it just takes imagination and know-how.
Together you and Robert can draw a plan that will fit into
your existing home and still give you all those things that
you desire.
