Step 1: Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, you will be guided through the
entire R&M building process. We start with a meeting to
get acquainted, and to encourage you to ask questions about
the construction timetable. We discuss you desires, and draw
a plan that meets your needs and sepcificaitons. At the conclusion
of this process you will have a binder that has your contract,
a copy of your house plan and an outline of the building timetable
so you will know what is happening on a daily basis.
Step 2: The Construction Phase
During the time your home is being built we will be in constant
contact answering questions or addressing concerns you might
have. We encourage you to visit the construction site so that
you can visually see the inner workings of your home. This
allows you to see the quality workmanship, components, and
also to verify optional features you have selected.
Step 3: Quality Assurance Inspection
Before your final walk-through, Robert and Mary conduct their
own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper
working order and up to R&M quality and assementment standards.
At
this time, any needed repairs or touch-ups are made, and the
home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Pre-Closing
Orientation.
Step 4: Pre-Closing Orientation
When your home is finished, Robert or Mary will take you on
a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and
operating procedures for all aspects of your home. They will
answer any questions and/or address concerns you might have.
Step 5: 30-Day Follow-Up
Once you are all settled in, we check back with yoby phone
or even with a knock on the door just to ensure your total
satisfaction.
Step 6: Three Month Follow-Up
Visit
To reinforce R&M Construction and Development’s
commitment to customer satisfaction, we schedule a service
check approximately three months after closing.
Step 7: Eleven Month Follow-Up
Visit
Eleven months after closing, we reiterate our commitment to
satisfaction by taking the time to handle any required warranty
work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may
have.
Customer
service is of the utmost importance to Robert and Mary.
